• vicodins ($1/5mg hydrocodoen) like 2-3 hours for me, most people land in between 1.5 - 4 hours
  
• ms contins (bit expensive tho depending on my dealers day/mood -- somewhere between $5-10 per 15mg) this stuff is strong, but I prefer the hydromorphone usually lasts 8-12 hours depending what I eat
  
• valium ($1.50/5mg diazepam) 30 minutes - 2 hours
  
• dilaudid ($6/4mg hydromorphone) - this shit is addicting 4-6 hours
  
• ambien - ($1-2/10mg zolpidem) I don't touch this shit with a pole
  
• xanax/citalopram - ($1/pill) I don't mess with this crap either
  
• soma - ($3/350mg Carisoprodol) I can't feel these, too much arthiris ;-(
  
• Tramadol - ($2-4/100mg Ultramacet) 4-6 hours, highly suggested for the price/time, but I'd avoid taking daily because they cause lots of fucked up side effects in long term use
  
• flexeril - ($2-3/10mg cyclobenzaprine) I can't feel these either, I have too much arthiritis ;-(
